Everybody in the category was demonstrating that they "understood" the Boomer target, but nobody was really engaging them. That insight helped us cut through the noise in healthcare marketing and find a solution that was relevant to the consumer's life. Enter The Man with the Plan, a relatable character that embodied going the extra mile to make sure Boomers were covered for all their healthcare needs.
